That place is called ‘Kapan’ and, which used to a dark place usually, is now filled with lights. This is the awesomeness of Tihar. It brings on a festive joy unparalleled by any other.

The food seen here, “sel roti”, is a traditional Nepali food. It is a circular rice-doughnut that is very delicious and typically made during the Hindu festival of Tihar.
