*Nepali people after hearing Psy’s Napal Baji*: wow he’s singing about Nepali grandfather??
What is your opinion on humanitarian organizations working in Nepal?
I think it’s great as long as their efforts are sustainable and they have good business practices. If they’re looking to make a profit then that’s kind of pointless and pretty evil. There are lots of other organizations that are doing an amazing work there and really helping out those in need + training local staff/people along with providing their own services. I think that’s great.
hi i was wondering what some good nepali desserts are? whenever i google to find some i usually only see sel roti which i plan on trying but are there any other known ones??
My cousin literally was asking me this question the other day. I think sikarni (the yogurt dish with pistachios etc) is a good one.

And some barfis are fairly easy to make with ricotta cheese. My Mamu makes these quite often and she puts very little sugar in it because sometimes burfi can be too sweet.

Gajar ko haluwa (carrot haluwa) is another very good one. And you can find recipes for it everywhere.
-You can also make goji if you like them. They’re like empanadas but with nuts in them. In this recipe instead of deep frying it I’m sure you can coat it in a little bit of oil and just bake it.

Hope this helps! If you need other ideas let me know :)
